Turkey Lasagna

I just spent over an hour making some delicious turkey vegetable lasagna. Oh my God, I make it all the time, this time it might be the best I’ve ever done.

It’s got ground turkey, specially seasoned by me
3 types of peppers, red, green, and yellow
2 types of mushrooms
little specs of broccoli, which mixes well into the sauce
Roasted garlic sauce, again with my extra seasonings, basil, sage, etc.
both ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

all cooked and put together, layered with love, then baked for 40 minutes in the oven at 375 degrees.

I just pulled it out 15 minutes ago and let it sit and cool for a few minutes.

And now I’m not hungry anymore.

Dang it.
